  1. That’s great….. BUT! they don’t take note of any customer suggestions or complains. Either they don’t have a system for such issues or the people who run their shops (franchise holders) don’t care to give the feed back to the Marketing Guy’s at Perera & Sons so they never improve on any products that have a problems. Very Sad… but that the main problem with most Sri Lankan manufacturers.

    But its a good Bakery with a variety of products.

    • They seem to use social media well and I think they respond to online comments. Better give a try through Facebook or Twitter.
