You can use your Google Account as your OpenID. මෘදුකාංග ලෝකේ “බීටා” කියලා නම් කරන්නේ, යම් මෘදුකාංගයක අවසන් නිකුතුවට පෙර පරීක්ෂා කර බලා දෝෂ හඳුනා ගැනීම සඳහා තෝරාගත් පිරිසක් වෙත නිකුත් කරනා නිකුතුවක්. “ඇල්ෆා” කීවාම ඊටත් වඩා පහළ සංවර්ධන අවධියේ තිබෙන යම් මෘදුකාංගයක්, කලිංටත් වඩා සීීමිත පිරිසක් වෙත පරීක්ෂා කිරීම සඳහා ලබා දෙන මෘදුකාංග නිකුතුවක්.
කල්පනා කරලා බලනකොට, මගේ කොම්පීටරේ තියන සොට්ටෙයා වලිං වැඩි හරියක් බීටා, එහෙම නැත්නම් ඇල්ෆා. නිතර භාවිතා කරනා වෙබ් අඩවි වලිං කීපයක්මත් බීටා හෝ ඇල්ෆා. ඒ නිසා කෙනෙකුට පුලුවං මම “බීටා මේනියාවෙන්” භයානක ලෙස පෙළෙන්නෙකු ලෙස හඳුන්වන්න!

Google සමාගමෙන් හඳුන්වලා දීපු නවතම සේවාව තමයි Google Buzz. ශ්රී ලංකා වේලාවෙන් අද (10) අලුයම පටන් සේවාව දියත් කෙරුනා. පියවරෙන් පියවර තමන්ගේ සියළුම පරිශීලකයන් වෙත මෙම සේවාව සක්රීය කිරීමට Google සමාගම බලාපොරොත්තු වෙනවා.
Google සමාගමෙන් මීට කලින් හඳුන්වලා දුන් Google Wave සේවාව තරම්ම Google Buzz වෙත දියත් කිරීමට ප්රථම ප්රචාරයක් හිමි නොවුනත්, දැනටම ලොව වටා Google පරිහීලකයින් මේ සේවාව තමන් වෙත සක්රීය වන තුරු ඇඟිලි ගනිමින් සිටින බව Mashable වැනි social media අඩවි වෙත ලැබෙන පාඨක ප්රතිචාර වලින් පැහැදිළි වෙනවා.
